Our condominium was directly in the path of Hurricane Dorian and the stress level for residents and staff was almost mind-numbing. Since we were shutting down all of our phones and computers, I had already directed residents to use the website, as updates would be posted there. Imagine my surprise when I got an email from CondoSites announcing they had posted Newsboard Articles with links to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) hurricane tracker and contact information on power outages and restoration plans from our local electric utility. And all without me having to do anything. After the storm, many residents commented on the website and its helpfulness. Thank you to the CondoSites staff for their proactive ‐ and thoughtful ‐ work on our behalf during this difficult process.
A few years ago, our Association's website was manually maintained and we had no easy way to update documents or keep our community informed of news and upcoming events. Maintaining manual email distribution lists and user directories was just a nightmare!
 I had the opportunity to work with Jason King, developer of the CondoSites website for Central Park II of Sarasota, FL. for the past year. Our website has been in existence for about 5 years.  CondoSites has been a great resource for our condo community! As a board we can post and share important documents and notices with our community and our community can submit a variety of requests using the online forms. It is a great tool to help us manage our community of over 260 units.

 We're using email through our website instead of printed newsletters to save printing and mailing costs. Last year, we archived about 20 years worth of paper documents (minutes, and financial reports) to the website, making it readily accessible to all our homeowners. Jason is always incredibly responsive and pleasant to deal with when I have questions, too.
They are always responsive, always like hearing new ideas and suggestions, and have the patience of saints. I had never worked on updating a website before and they were invaluable when it came to my mountain of questions and sometimes screw-ups.
 Without a doubt, the best thing about CondoSites is the customer service. Working with Jason on our site is like working with a colleague. I suspect there is not a single other condo website provider out there that is as responsive and genuine as Jason and his team. This isn't something you'll recognize or appreciate until you're in business with him. What sold us on CondoSites initially was the platform, the capabilities, and the price. However, what locks us in as long-term business partners is the customer service.
 Our HOA has been with CondoSites since 2005 and I inherited the job of maintaining our website about three years ago. I am quite the technophobe and was very intimidated when I started. But I worried needlessly. Jason was great getting me set up and showed me how to post Board meetings times, minutes, other documents, community events, add new owners etc. He made it so easy that even someone ill at ease like me felt okay.
I find this product well suited to the Canadian Market. We are a large condominium corporation and find that it keeps everyone informed. We also have a younger population who are more familiar with computers and the internet. There are several features that we like that allow for effective communication with owners.

Our Founder...
Our founder, Jason King, has been a web developer since 1998 and began in the condominium industry in 2003. Jason has served on five condo boards, as president to three, and has served in all other officer positions. He also worked for three years as a property manager to a small condominium in Washington State. He is a bit of a self described condo law nerd, and closely follows Florida legislation. This experience brings a powerful solution developed by someone who knows the industry.
